# bumble:live

`bumble:live` is the live show format of bumbleflies (Munich). This app at https://live.bumbleflies.de turns room setup into login plus click: sign in with a bumbleflies Google account, get the permanent room links (director, hosts, external guest, OBS view sources, screen share) plus a patched 8-scene OBS scene collection. Links are permanent, so OBS is imported once ever; rotation is an explicit, confirmable action that revokes every previously sent link.

## Access tiers

- **Public** (root, no link): a static landing that explains what the show is, with Google sign-in for bumbleflies members and an "Open access link" field that accepts a full guest URL, the `#…` code fragment, or a bare `r=…&p=…` code. Zero API calls, zero room secrets.
- **Guest** (hash capability `#r=…&p=…&person=X`): an anonymous personal page bound to one person, with their own camera and publish window, the full scene monitor, and the VDO.Ninja director for room control. Guests cannot manage anything: rotate, the OBS download, and the links list stay behind the Google gate. The secret lives in the URL fragment, which browsers never send to the server.
